I solve problems.  I can think on my feet, and I hustle on the set.  I know what questions to ask and when to keep my mouth shut.  I have laser beam attention to fine detail, so I am excellent with Continuity Books and subtle changes.  Film-making is a collaborative effort, and I would be an asset to your team:  I like to get the job done with a minimum of stress and no attitude.  With 20 years of experience in small productions, as well as sales/marketing, I can help you with talent, and get your office organized.  Let’s make movies!

While working as a Floor Costumer, at EC2 Costumes, I continued to add practical costuming experience to the theatrical education I received at San Francisco State University.  I have repaired and cleaned costumes, while reorganizing inventory and cleaning up the warehouse.  I also worked with many designers and stylists, to pull a variety of pieces from different sections of the warehouse, in order to create complete looks.  I have completed my Safety Pass training, and I am on the Availability List with Local 705.  I have experience with shopping/returns, constructing/altering garments, on-set repairs and aging, and wrapping a show.  I know how to work under pressure, and I always give my best effort.

I studied Theater and Costuming at San Francisco State University.  After teaching myself the basics of sewing, I’ve taken several classes to improve my skills.  These include pattern drafting and men’s tailoring.  I can adapt existing patterns and draft patterns from scratch.  Send me your designs, or tell me about the character and I’ll design something fun for you.
